GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Workshop, you agree to release and hold harmless Cisco and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with your participation in this Workshop. Without limiting the foregoing, all materials, information, and activities provided in connection with this Workshop are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Cisco reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this Workshop at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond Cisco’s reasonable control. If the integrity or proper administration of the Workshop is compromised, Cisco may modify, postpone, or terminate the Workshop at its discretion.
The Workshop is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All participants are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules, regulations, contractual obligations, and/or organizational policies regarding their participation.
Cisco is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, or indecipherable submissions due to system errors, failures, or faulty transmissions.
- Technical failures of any kind.
- Failures of any equipment or programming used in connection with the Workshop.
- Unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the Workshop process or administration.
- Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Workshop.
- Other factors beyond Cisco’s reasonable control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, AND LICENSE TO PUBLISH
By submitting any content, manuscripts, data, or other work (“Submissions”) as part of this Workshop, you represent and warrant that:

Ownership and Rights: You are the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in your Submission(s), or you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents from the rightful owner(s) to make the Submission(s) and to grant the rights described herein.

No Infringement: Your Submission(s) do not infringe upon, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or proprietary information of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or non-disclosure agreements.

Compliance: Your Submission(s) do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or organizational policies.
By making a Submission, you grant Cisco a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise make available your Submission(s), in whole or in part, on the Workshop website and in connection with the administration, promotion, and documentation of the Workshop.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your Submission(s), including ensuring that no part of your Submission(s) is unlawful, confidential, or subject to third-party rights that would be violated by the Submission or its publication. By making a Submission, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cisco and its affiliates from any claims arising out of or related to your Submission(s) or any breach of the foregoing representations and warranties.
By participating in this Workshop and submitting any material, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your Submission(s) may be published or otherwise made available to the public as part of the Workshop activities.
GOVERNING LAW
This Workshop will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Workshop.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected by Cisco in connection with the Workshop will be used for Workshop administration and in accordance with Cisco’s privacy policy.
