The workshop offers two tracks for paper submissions: archival track and non-archival track. Submission details for each are outlined below.

Archival Track

  • Scope:
    1. General workshop paper submissions–refer to topic areas.
    2. 2025 LRAC Challenge paper submissions for systems following official rules.
  • Submission format: Workshop papers should follow the ICASSP 2026 paper style, format, and length guidelines - please refer to the ICASSP 2026 paper kit.
  • Submission platform: Satellite workshop peer review track in the ICASSP 2026 content management system (CMS): use this link – The deadline has passed and submissions are now closed.
  • Submission deadline: October 22, 2025.
  • Review process: Each submission will undergo a peer-review process.
  • Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the ICASSPW Proceedings and archived in IEEE Xplore. Please note that per ICASSP rules, a paper will only be included in the proceedings and archived in IEEE Xplore if it is presented at the workshop by a registered author.
  • Registration: Workshop registration is required for all accepted papers. Register at the ICASSP 2026 Registration Page. Please note that workshop registration slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Non-Archival Track

  • Scope: This track welcomes submissions of works in progress, previously published research, or system demonstrations.
  • Submission format: Workshop papers should follow the ICASSP 2026 paper style, format, and length guidelines - please refer to the ICASSP 2026 paper kit.
  • Submission process: Please reach out to the organizers at lrac-workshop@cisco.com
  • Submission deadline: February 7 March 7, 2026.
  • Review process: Each submission will undergo a screening process.
  • Publication: Accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and featured on the workshop website, but will not be otherwise officially published. Please note that a paper will only be features on the workshop website if it is presented at the workshop by a registered author.
  • Registration: Workshop registration is required for all accepted papers. Register at the ICASSP 2026 Registration Page. Please note that workshop registration slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
